We recommend that you purchase a set of PSI-36 monitor caps for normal status, and a set of PSI-40 monitor caps for your tires when the truck is fully loaded If your tire pressure is between the PSI we provide, you can go up or down by one PSI. (example 35 PSI tire pressure = 34 or 36 PSI tire monitor)

On our website you can purchase tire monitors individually. So for your bike, we recommend that you purchase one 36 PSI and one 40 PSI. If your tire pressure is between the PSI we provide, you can go down by one PSI. (example 41 psi tire pressure = 40 psi tire monitor)

Our monitor cap weights 8 grams each and is tested by Les Schwab with no effects to the tire balance. Valve stem failure is due to the quality of the valve stem itself. Although all valve stems look the same, there are many differences in the long-term reliability.

The pressure measurement accuracy is +/- 1 psi for low pressure and +/- 2 psi for high pressure.

Use soapy water to see if there is any air leak around the tire monitor and valve stem.

If leakage happens, remove the cap and contact us for immediate replacement.

If there is no leakage, drive your vehicle for 10 miles or more. The tire rotation primes the pressure monitors to accurately display tire pressure status in the clear window.

If the monitor cap still doesn’t show full green, please remove the cap and contact us for immediate replacement.

If you have no soapy water available at that time, replace the monitor cap with a normal valve stem cap. Follow the above instruction when you have soapy water.

No, please do not use any tool to install the monitor caps. Hand tighten only.
